Romulo Silaen is the founder of the firm. He is also the Board Member of Ikatan Advokat Indonesia (IKADIN) and the Board Member of Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI). Prior to founding the firm, he was a Partner in Otto Hasibuan & Associates. Romulo Silaen has represented many local and international clients on issues related to criminal law, civil disputes, arbitration, anti-monopoly, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, labor, and family law. He is also a qualified Receiver and Administrator for the bankruptcy cases. Currently he is also:

• Vice Secretary General for Ikatan Advokat Indonesia (IKADIN) of West Jakarta Region;
• Vice Secretary General of Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) for West Jakarta Region; and
• Board Member of Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (AKPI).

Romulo Silaen graduated from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University, and earned his master degree in law from Jayabaya University.

Muhammad Fauzi has extensive experiences in corporate matters including, mergers & acquisitions joint ventures, shareholder agreements and strategic business alliances. He has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients of various industries, including finance, insurance, real estate, manufacturing, trading, mining, investments, and power plant.

Muhammad Fauzi graduated from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University.
